The pull-back spring terminal adopts a novel miniature pull-back spring structure, which not only greatly saves space, but also has the following characteristics: large-area identification, maximum wiring capacity, flexible plugging and bridging methods, maximum grade of flame retardant material.

large area sign

The logo in the center of the terminal is clear and eye-catching, which greatly saves the wiring time. There is also a logo on the outside.

Maximum wiring capacity

The wiring capacity of the spring terminal series is very generous, even if the rated cross-section wire is added with a tubular insulating head, the wire can be connected smoothly.

Flexible plug-in bridge mode

Spring terminals feature double rows of bridging wells for multiple bridging styles. The bridging pieces have 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 20 positions respectively, which can perform chain bridging and multi-position bridging on the terminal block. By breaking the metal teeth of the bridge piece, the bridging of the spaced terminals can be reliably achieved. High-current terminals can be connected to common terminals by means of conversion bridges.

About DIN Rail Terminal Blocks

DIN Rail terminal blocks are used to protect electrical systems against overcurrent and short-circuiting. They clip on to a DIN rail, which is a standard-size metal rail on to which terminals are mounted in a control cabinet. You can find out more in our complete guide to DIN rail terminal blocks.

DIN rail terminals are made from plastic, as this insulates the electrical current running through the terminal. Fused DIN rail terminals often have a hinged section containing the fuse, which can be opened up to stop the flow of electricity. Some are fitted with an LED blown fuse indicator to let you know when the fuse needs changing. Fused DIN rail terminals come with different fuse size inserts and may be colour coded to indicate the current rating. Non-fused work the same, just without the fuse protection.

Fused DIN rail terminals are widely used in industry and offer more protection from overcurrent than non-fused DIN rail terminals. They are usually used to protect sensors and relays.
